Terms and conditions of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you, as purchaser, agree, acknowledge and understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil (specifically from the hemp variety cannabis sativa plant). As the FDA has not evaluated any of our products for safety, efficacy or otherwise, we make no claims as to any health or wellness benefits. Upon deciding to purchase any of our products, your decision to do so shall be based solely upon your own opinions and/or conclusions as to any benefits our products may provide. All products provide a 21-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 21 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to, acknowledge and understand the refund policy herein.
DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
With reference to our product specific Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), all our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully packaged before leaving the warehouse. Immediately upon receipt of your order, please inspect the product(s) carefully to ensure no damage occurred during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours. Within that time frame, please contact us and provide a detailed description of the damage to the product(s) shipped and if possible, please email to us photos of the damage.
